CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICIES

Please note that once you have booked an appointment at Replenish Hair and Beauty it means that I have reserved a time in my schedule exclusively for you.

Booking Policy

 When an appointment booking requires a lengthy reservation time slot, a 50% of the service fee may apply.  This will need to be paid upon booking and your booking will only be confirmed as reserved once payment is made.  (It's easily done online and I will inform you if this is applies to your booking)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time slot, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of (50% of your appointment booking).

If NO cancellation is provided at all prior to your appointment and you simply 'do not show' up for your  scheduled booking time,  then a fee will be charged at the (FULL amount) of your service booking.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation noticed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
